• Accommodation Reservation

  • (1) Please pay the deposit for 50% of total amount in 2 days, or your reservation could be cancelled.
  • (2) If you pay by ATM, please go online system to make "transfer notice," and we can check the transfer for you.
  • (3) After payment is confirmed, the system will immediately notify with text message and email.
  • (4) If the amount shown on website differs from the actual price, the balances will be paid to either side. Also, please pay the balance when you check in.

• Extra Bed Service

  • (1) Extra bed charges NT$ 1,000.
  • (2) In double room, changing into two single beds or adding an extra bed charges NT$500.

• Notices

  • (1) Staying with children under 12 years old is not recommended.
  • (2) For security reasons, visitors are not permitted to enter in guest rooms area.
  • (3) Each guestroom features a full ocean view and an exclusive bathroom.
  • (4) We suggest you may store large luggage at your hotel in Taipei or Rueifang train station before you come to Mt. Jiufen Village. If you must travel with your luggage, please call in advance to arrange the luggage delivery service from Jiufen to homestay.
  • (5) Please check in at『the Main Hall』 when you arrive. We accept both cash and credit card.
  • (6) Please give us a call if you request a late check-in. Reception closed after 18:00.
  • (7) Stores on the Jiufen Old Street will be closed around 19:00, so we suggest you have early arriving.
  • (8) Complimentary breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 am every morning. Please reserve in advance.
  • (9) If you're driving to our homestay, please be sure to call us for driving directions and parking information.
  • (10) For safety, firework or BBQ is prohibited. Please also lower your voice at night.
  • (11) For the environment and energy-saving, we provide 5% discount for the one who brings your own toiletries or stays more than 2 nights without the need to change bed sheets.
  • (12) Two-pin 110V outlet is offered, it is recommended to bring conversion plugs.
  • (13) Temperature in Summer in Jiufen is about 30-35 degrees Celsius while temperature is around 10-15 degrees in Winter.
  • (14) To buy a prepaid cellphone SIM card is recommended for foreign travellers to stay contactable after arriving in Taiwan.(prepaid SIM card is available at airports, communication stores and 7-Eleven).

• Extension, Cancellation & Refund

  • (1) Cancellations made 7 days or more from check-in date will incur a bank transaction fee deducted from your refund of deposit.
  • (2) No refund if you cancel the reservation within 7 days prior to check-in.
  • (3) The above terms and conditions may apply due to natural disasters(typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).No refund will be issued for cancellations due to other weather forecast, rainy days or individual factors.
